The health, safety and well-being of our guests, teams and friends has always been of the greatest importance to us, and never more so than in the current climate. We wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you of the extra precautions that we have taken to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
30 minutes at the start of each class has been allocated to welcoming guests safely. Our chef tutor will take temperatures and provide hand sanitiser upon arrival. Guests will also be provided with a face shield for the duration of the class.
Guests will be shown how to sanitise tea, coffee and water machines after each use.
Individual guests or groups from the same social bubble will be allocated their own individual table. Face coverings may be removed when seated.
Guests will be allocated their own china, glassware, tea and coffee which will be pre-set on individual tables. These items will be washed and sterilised throughout the class.
There is a one-way system in place to ensure social distancing guidelines are met and capacity numbers have been reduced by half.
Guests are placed at a minimum of two metres apart unless from the same social bubble.
Hand sanitiser dispensers are located at various points around the one-way system.
Each individual workstation has its own handwash, sanitiser, towels, sanitiser spray and disposable gloves.
