The Grand Hotel & Spa, York has submitted plans for an impressive £15 million, 2 year redevelopment that, if approved, will see the York venue double its number of guest rooms and allow it to compete at an international level.
In an emotionally charged finale of Channel 4’s, Kitchen Impossible with Michel Roux Jr, it was revealed that 17 year old Sam from York has joined the kitchen team at the Grand Hotel & Spa, the realisation of a long-standing dream.
