Arrival / Departure
Your bedroom will be available for you to check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Should you wish to arrive earlier our Concierge Team will be more than happy to store your luggage for you. A late check-out is available upon request which is charged at £30.00 per hour.
Should you wish to be able to charge additional extras back to your room, a credit card or cash deposit are required at check in for incidental charges which will be released at the end of your stay.
On arrival at the hotel our Concierge Team will valet park your vehicle for you. Please be aware that we do not have onsite car parking facilities and that we use the NCP car park on Tanner Row. Once cars are parked in this facility we do not accept any liability for any damage that may be incurred during your stay. Valet parking is charged at £30.00 per 24 hours up until 12 noon on day of departure. Please note that this charge is to cover the costs we incur with NCP and an administration fee.
Our Hall Porters are available 24 hours a day to assist with your luggage, no matter how many or how few items you may have.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs including International News Channels, Sky Sport 1, Sky Sports 2, Sky sports 3, Sky Sports 4, Sky Sports F1 & Sky Atlantic.
Chauffeur Services, Helicopter Transfer & Meet & Greet
Private transportation, including helicopter transfers, can be arranged to provide a luxurious travel experience for any occasion. Our Concierge team can also provide meet and greet services at York Train Station. We work with local, luxury partners including Wharfe Chauffeurs to guarantee the utmost in comfort, safety & technology. ‘Evening Out’ Service
For those who are in need of a valet service to prepare your evening wear we provide an ‘Evening Out’ service between 4pm and 6pm. This service, available at an additional cost, will guarantee that any shoe shining and pressing will be collected and delivered within 1 hour.
Turn Down Service
Your room will be refreshed every evening between the hours of 6.00pm – 9.30pm.
Dry Cleaning Service
Please ask us for any dry cleaning requirements you may have and we shall happily assist.
