Providing professional tutelage over three full days, state of the art kitchen work stations, a departure pack filled with chef’s equipment and recipes, and a stay in one of our luxurious classic bedrooms to complete the experience, you’re sure to be brimming with dinner ideas come the end of this course.

DAY 1 – KNIFE SKILLS, STOCKS, SOUPS AND SAUCES

Arrival via the main hotel entrance, where you can drop your luggage off with our Concierge Team before heading down to the Cookery School

08:00 Breakfast in the Cookery School, with an introduction from our Chef Tutor

09:00 Session begins

12:00 Cream tea and coffee break

13:00 Session resumes

14:30 Lunch

15:15 Session resumes

17:00 End of session, with check-in conducted at the hotel reception

DAY 2 – FISH, SHELLFISH AND BUTCHERY

Breakfast in The Rise at your leisure, before heading down to the Cookery School for a 09:00 start

DAY 3 – BREAD, BAKES AND PASTRY
