Three AA Rosette-awarded restaurant, Legacy offers a modern British and Yorkshire-inspired tasting menus alongside an exceptional wine list, served in an iconic setting. The restaurant boasts innovation throughout, with a focus on locality, sustainability and seasonality.
Executive Head Chef Kevin Bonello works alongside Head Chef, Ahmed Abdalla, together they have created a menu dedicated to local provenance which showcases classic Yorkshire produce with a modern twist. Sommelier, Derek Scaife, has expertly curated new wine pairing options to perfectly complement each course, allowing guests to experience the maximum impact of both the food and the wine.

Legacy’s tasting menu has been devised into three different journey’s, each one is an uplifted version of the last. The base menu, STONE, allows you to enjoy five courses, the WATER menu is slightly elevated with seven courses, and the full Legacy experience is STEEL, which is nine courses. From colourful vegetables, tender, locally reared meat and freshly caught fish and seafood, Head Chef Ahmed Abdalla has created bursts of flavour, ensuring that each dish is a taste sensation.
