We are a pet friendly hotel and charge £25 per dog per stay. Please make us aware before bringing your dog to the hotel so we can guarantee a dedicated bedroom.

During this current “staycation” period we have noticed that many of our guests would like to check-in early and although we would love to welcome all our guests as soon as possible, sometimes an early check-in may not be feasible.
Following the COVID-19 outbreak we have introduced stringent hygiene protocols which subsequently means that rooms take longer to service. Therefore, whilst an early check-in may not be possible, our team are happy to store your luggage to ensure you can use our facilities or explore the city of York at leisure.
Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Should you wish to arrive earlier our Concierge Team will be more than happy to store your luggage for you. A late check-out is available upon request which is charged at £30.00 per hour.
Should you wish to be able to charge additional extras back to your room, a credit card or cash deposit are required at check in for incidental charges which will be released at the end of your stay.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we regret that we cannot offer our valet parking service at present. Guests may still drive up to the entrance of the hotel to meet our friendly concierge team who will collect and safely store all luggage.
Although we have limited car parking spaces at the hotel, we can offer this on a first come first serve basis for £25 per night from check-in until check-out.
Alternatively, there is a National Car Park on Tanner Row, just a minute walk from the hotel charged at £21 per 24 hours when using a discount ticket can be collected from our Concierge team.
Please note ALL parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Private transportation, including helicopter transfers, can be arranged to provide a luxurious travel experience for any occasion. Our Concierge team can also provide meet and greet services at York Train Station. Please contact our Concierge Team for more information and details on bookings.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs including International News Channels, Sky Sport 1, Sky Sports 2, Sky sports 3, Sky Sports 4, Sky Sports F1 & Sky Atlantic.
Our concierge team are on hand to organise the storage of any luggage or large items.
Following the Covid-19 outbreak, unless requested, guest rooms will not be entered by a team member during your stay in order to minimise the risk.
If you would like us to refresh your room or provide you with a bag of fresh towels and amenities, please contact Reception during your stay and we will be happy to arrange this in a safe manner.
