We recommend advising our team of any specific requirements at the time of booking or prior to arrival so we can ensure your room is fully prepared and the most suitable room is allocated for your comfort and convenience.

SubRosa Spa Accessibility

SubRosa Spa has been designed as a fully accessible wellness space, with step-free access throughout. Facilities include accessible changing rooms and thermal suites, adjustable treatment beds, and accessible pool entry, including a pool hoist available on request.

Accessibility Equipment

We have a Birdie Evo mobile hoist available to support guests with mobility needs. Due to the nature of this equipment and to ensure safe and appropriate setup, it is essential that this is requested and arranged in advance of your stay. Our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and ensure everything is prepared prior to arrival.

Supporting Individual Needs

We recognise that every guest’s requirements are different. Our team is trained in accessibility awareness, including British Sign Language (BSL) and neurodiversity training, ensuring a supportive and inclusive experience.

Menus are available in larger print upon request, and our team are knowledgeable about all dishes and are happy to discuss menu options in detail to support individual needs.

Our chefs are also able to adapt dishes to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies wherever possible. We recommend discussing any specific needs with a member of the team prior to arrival or dining to ensure the kitchen is fully prepared to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

Guests are encouraged to contact us prior to arrival to discuss any requirements. We are happy to provide tailored arrangements, including assistance with mobility, accessibility equipment, or personalised support throughout their stay. Service animals are welcome.
