I took my mum to The Cookery School’s half day baking class, taught by Chef Luke. We had the most amazing time, I’m so surprised at how much we were able to fit into the 3 hours; Bagels, Macarons and Choux Pasty.
Luke made everyone feel at ease, he has such a great energy and his ability to teach complex information in such a simple way, is truly impressive – thank you so much!
We will definitely be coming again!

The course couldn’t have been much better. Marc was a really knowledgeable and friendly teacher. You can learn a lot more than just how to make fresh pasta and focaccia, the course also teaches a lot of useful tricks to help with whatever you’re cooking. I highly recommend taking at least one course here.
Food, fun, fantastic tutor, no washing up! What more can you ask for. A great way to experience top quality cooking that you can replicate at home.

The Chairman’s Suite was a wonderful room for us all. The food was fantastic. Everyone even loved the playlist that was on!
My mam was very impressed by getting greeted at the door and having someone help her with the bags she had and help with the parking. I work in the luxury hotel industry myself and I don’t think my family really understand my love for a good hotel… until now haha! I had people asking me how much it is to stay overnight!
