The Cookery School is a Weber Academy, offering a range of classes designed to teach you to master the barbecue and make the most of al fresco dining, this spring/summer.
With two different difficulty levels, Weber Essentials and Weber Barbeque Classics, learn how to use the Weber way of cooking to open up a world of possibilities on your barbecue. As well as covering of key skills such as lighting and temperature control, you’ll be learning how to perfect steaks, roasts, pizzas and even cakes!
Take your seat at the heart of the action-the chef’s counter.
Our talented chefs will prepare your meal before your eyes, sharing their techniques and passion along the way. Engage in conversation, ask questions, and immerse yourself in the experience. Enjoy a monthly exclusive seasonal menu featuring a starter, main, and dessert, with extra snacks along the way.
