Check-in is from 3pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier our Concierge team will be more than happy to store your luggage for you. Alternatively, subject to availability, you may be granted early access to your room.
Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. A late check-out is available upon request subject to availability on the day which is charged at £30.00 per hour. All Suite guests are guaranteed a 12pm late check-out.
Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly hotel.
Our valet parking service is available for guests at £49.50 per night. Please note, we have a select number of spaces to reserve in advance. Alternatively, there is a National Car Park on Tanner Row, just a minute walk from the hotel.

Yes the hotel is fully accessible. Our restaurants, bars, spa, meeting rooms and bedrooms offer easy access for all, whilst our cookery school boasts a fully accessible kitchen. Please specify upon booking.
