COVID-19 update

Dear Guests and Friends,

Following the recent statement from the government, York has been moved into Tier 3 and therefore The Grand is temporarily closed until further notice.

In light of this announcement, our cancellation policy has been amended to support those of you with upcoming bookings and full refunds will be given for all cancellations.  If you have booked through an Online Travel Agent such as Booking.com or Expedia you should contact your agent who will action your refund.

As always, the safety and wellbeing of our guests, employees and visitors is our top priority and therefore temporarily closing our doors is an important step to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep everyone safe.
