Now a Weber academy, our introductory Weber course will allow you to become a confident master of the barbecue! Learn the essential barbecue basics including lighting, temperature control and recognising when your food is barbecued to perfection.
With expert help from our Cookery School Tutor, over the course of 4 hours you will use Weber’s lid-on technique on both charcoal and gas barbecues to cook a range of barbecue classics. Set in our outdoor courtyard, this class will include the preparation of your own juicy ‘black bun burger’, learning how to cut and portion a whole chicken which you will then use to create a succulent barbecued chicken dish. Alongside this, we will demonstrate the potential to expand your barbecue repertoire with a famed ‘beer chicken’ dish to share and delight others.

The course can be cancelled, if there are less than 10 participants registered until 14 days before the course date.
