In this class, you’ll learn how to craft silky, golden carbonara the authentic Roman way. Start by making your own fresh pasta from scratch, then roll it out using a traditional pasta machine. Then cook a carbonara the traditional way, using eggs, cheese, and pancetta to create that perfect, glossy sauce, all without a drop of cream in sight.

With demonstrations from our expert chefs, hands-on tutoring, you'll round off your fun-filled 2-hour session by sitting down with a glass of wine and enjoying your new creations.  
Your culinary journey doesn’t end here. Take home your own Cookery School apron along with the recipes from the day to ensure you impress everyone at home with your newfound skills.
