Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices, then cook it in a rich, tomato-based masala sauce. Finish with fluffy basmati rice and a dish that rivals any takeaway. You'll learn how to balance spices, marinate meat properly, and make a curry from scratch.

With demonstrations from our expert chefs, hands-on tutoring, you'll round off your fun-filled 2-hour session by sitting down with a glass of wine and enjoying your new creations.
