Learn the all-important meat resting periods as well as how to accurately plan your meal preparation times correctly, so that you can enjoy a stress-free roast every Sunday.
Our half day classes last three hours and will give you the opportunity to create and enjoy demonstrations of a variety of dishes, before sitting down to enjoy them with a glass of wine.
