Raised Local Pork Pie with Spiced Pear and Saffron Chutney
Our Pork Pie half day course will teach you how to make a traditional hot water pastry to encase a herby spiced succulent pork filling with the lightest and flavoursome jelly to top. Our Chef Tutor will also demonstrate a perfect spiced pear and saffron chutney accompaniment to complement your pie.
Our half day classes last three hours and will give you the opportunity to create a dish from the menu before sitting down to enjoy it with a glass of wine.
