Half Day
Explore the bold and fresh flavours of South East Asia and impress your dinner guests! This class will have you excited by using combinations of different spices and levelling up your culinary skills. You will depart this class with the skills and knowledge to create a host of classic dishes, including chicken red curry, flavoursome pad krapow moo, dan tart and chicken satay.

Our half day classes last three hours and will give you the opportunity to create and enjoy demonstrations of a variety of dishes, before sitting down to enjoy them both with a glass of wine.
