Become a master of the seas and enjoy the taste of summer with our Fish & Shellfish class. Cook up a variety of incredible seafood dishes, from delicious oysters to moules marinière.

Our half day classes last three hours and will give you the opportunity to create and enjoy demonstrations of a variety of dishes, before sitting down to enjoy them both with a glass of wine.
