French Brasserie - Half Day

Enjoy the delights of French cuisine in the heart of historic York. This course encompasses a balance of both traditional and contemporary French cooking methods, such as: pastry. mastering the art of a beurre blanc sauce and souffles. Bon Appétit!

Our half day classes last three hours and will give you the opportunity to create and enjoy demonstrations of a variety of dishes, before sitting down to enjoy them both with a glass of wine.

  • Twice baked souffle
  • Rainbow trout with beurre blanc sauce
  • Apple tarte tatin

  • Filleting fish or butchery skills
