From the perfect crisp and fluff of a roasted potato to rich, silky gravy – allow Cookery School Director, Marc Williams, to guide you through the ultimate Sunday Lunch. Learn the all-important meat resting periods as well as how to accurately plan your meal preparation times correctly, so that you can enjoy a stress-free roast every Sunday.

Our half day classes last three hours and will give you the opportunity to create and enjoy demonstrations of a variety of dishes, before sitting down to enjoy them with a glass of wine.

Half Day Recipes (may include):

  • Roast Beef with Yorkshire Puddings and proper gravy
  • Roast Potatoes and Vegetables
  • Dark Chocolate and Almond Torte
